Every warehouse or customer-site operation is its own entity, with its own people, roles, bays and records. Nothing is grouped under a parent company.
Transporter organisations request or accept authorisation per site. Bookings will always be raised against one explicitly chosen destination site.
Access is decided by row-level security, not by what a screen chooses to show. A person in one site cannot read another site's data.
